Phone Agent is a relay that triggers messages (SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, local notifications) from your code through an Android phone you own. The phone you connect — not Phone Agent — is the actual sender. Your mobile carrier and SIM plan are responsible for delivery.
Phone Agent is not for emergency communications. Do not use it to report fires, medical emergencies, crimes, or any life-safety event. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your phone's connectivity, your carrier, app availability, and Android system state. Use official emergency services for emergencies.
We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, will arrive on time, or will be readable to the recipient. SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email are subject to carrier, vendor, and recipient-side filtering and may be delayed, throttled, or dropped without notice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this disclaimer, hit abnormal rate patterns, or that downstream providers report as abusive. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk associated with using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phone Agent, its operators, and GTS Edge are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or messages, arising from your use of the service.
Phone Agent is designed to relay messages through devices and accounts you control. We store account, license, device, support, and operational records needed to run the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and enforce limits. Support requests may include the subject, message, page URL, browser metadata, IP address, and the raw request payload you submit.
Message content, recipients, logs, and delivery metadata may be processed by your connected phone, carrier, Android apps, email provider, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other downstream services you choose to use. Those providers may apply their own privacy policies and retention rules. Do not send sensitive, regulated, or confidential data unless you have the legal right and recipient consent to do so.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose records when required by law, to protect the service from abuse, or to investigate security and delivery problems. You can contact support to ask about your account data or request deletion, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.
This disclaimer may be updated. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
