1. Service description

Phone Agent is a relay that triggers messages (SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, local notifications) from your code through an Android phone you own. The phone you connect — not Phone Agent — is the actual sender. Your mobile carrier and SIM plan are responsible for delivery.

2. No emergency use

Phone Agent is not for emergency communications. Do not use it to report fires, medical emergencies, crimes, or any life-safety event. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your phone's connectivity, your carrier, app availability, and Android system state. Use official emergency services for emergencies.

3. No delivery guarantee

We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, will arrive on time, or will be readable to the recipient. SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email are subject to carrier, vendor, and recipient-side filtering and may be delayed, throttled, or dropped without notice.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your SIM plan, carrier limits, and any per-message or roaming charges your carrier applies.
• You are responsible for the content of messages you send and for complying with applicable laws — including consent, anti-spam, marketing-opt-in, and data-protection regulations in the jurisdictions of you and your recipients.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys, license key, and phone secret confidential.
• You must respect the rate limits and acceptable-use rules of each downstream channel (SMS carriers, WhatsApp, Telegram, email providers). Phone Agent applies safety caps but cannot guarantee a downstream provider will not block your number/account.

5. Prohibited use

• Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), phishing, scams, or fraud.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or any unlawful content.
• Impersonation, spoofing, or evasion of sender-ID requirements.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass platform rate limits, account blocks, or anti-abuse mechanisms of any channel.
• Any use that violates the terms of service of SMS carriers, WhatsApp, Telegram, your email provider, or Google Play.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this disclaimer, hit abnormal rate patterns, or that downstream providers report as abusive. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk associated with using the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phone Agent, its operators, and GTS Edge are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or messages, arising from your use of the service.

9. Privacy statement

Phone Agent is designed to relay messages through devices and accounts you control. We store account, license, device, support, and operational records needed to run the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and enforce limits. Support requests may include the subject, message, page URL, browser metadata, IP address, and the raw request payload you submit.

Message content, recipients, logs, and delivery metadata may be processed by your connected phone, carrier, Android apps, email provider, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other downstream services you choose to use. Those providers may apply their own privacy policies and retention rules. Do not send sensitive, regulated, or confidential data unless you have the legal right and recipient consent to do so.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose records when required by law, to protect the service from abuse, or to investigate security and delivery problems. You can contact support to ask about your account data or request deletion, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.

10. Changes

This disclaimer may be updated. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
