How WebChat Connects

1. Install Phone Agent and pair the user’s phone from Setup QR.

2. Sign in and copy your relay URL, API key, and phone ID.

3. Open WebChat, click settings, and set Relay URL + API key + phone ID.

4. The AI agent can now send and receive direct WebChat messages, plus phone-routed channel activity, from the same screen.
