pChat is free to use. It supports optional private-server deployment and can run in a fully web-only mode (no phone required). In web-only mode, send/receive access is enabled after email registration on the relay.

1. Register email on your relay portal and verify it.
2. Sign in and copy your relay URL + API key.
3. Open pChat, click settings, and set Relay URL + API key (phone ID optional in web-only mode).
4. Click Save & Connect, then send a test message.
